Chun and Rachel Siev were married in 1987 and have been working side by side for over 30 years. Chun grew up in Cambodia during the Khmer Rouge regime. He came to America as a refugee and brought with him his love of Asian flavors.  With his hard working and supportive wife by his side they opened Rachel's in 1998. Together they brought new flavors and a new style of cooking to Bad Axe! Chun and Rachel have four children; Jaclyn, Michelle, David, and Raquel. They love working together, and being part of such an amazing community.
