New Lunch Menu!

At Rachel's we understand the importance of what you eat. Gone are the days of fast food burgers or vending machine lunches. We have been working hard to create new menu items that are quick, delicious, affordable, and healthy!


Flatbreads are the perfect lunch food. They are healthy, easy to share, or take them to-go! We've added four new flatbreads to our menu!

  • Grilled Chicken Margherita - This flatbread is loaded with all of our favorite fresh ingredients; kale ,grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, and cheese.

  • Mediterranean - If you are looking for something slightly more savory the Mediterranean flatbread might be the right choice for you. This is an awesome vegetarian option, loaded with olives, artichokes, peppers, creamy pesto and cheese!

  • Cajun Shrimp- This flatbread is bringing a bit of spice to your life! Cajun seasoned shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and fresh avocado make this flatbread easy to love.

  • Steak Portobello- Few things go together better than steak, and portobello mushrooms! Topped with melted cheese, peppers, and crispy Brussels sprouts this flatbread is perfect for anyone looking to add a little luxury to their lunch!
